Job summary

Flint Group in Glendale, AZ, seeks a Recruitment Manager to lead all recruitment and retention efforts, building pipelines of technicians, licensed staff, and industry leaders while implementing the Flint Recruitment playbook. The role reports to the General Manager with dotted line to Flint’s VP of Talent Acquisition.

This position requires starting immediate change, planning, procurement, and investments for the organization, including sourcing talent, onboarding, and retention reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment teams and building talent pipelines.
• Onboarding oversight, retention reporting, and forecasting involvement.
• Ability to design inclusive recruitment strategies and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create job descriptions.
• Lead interview processes and candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Source talent through outreach, events, partnerships, and networks.
• Design recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates and ensure inclusive hiring.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain a strong employer brand across boards and social channels.
• Utilize job boards, social media, search engines, and postings to source candidates.
• Handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and perform light HR admin duties.
• Create and maintain employee retention and engagement programs including events and rewards.
• Contribute to budgeting, staffing level forecasting, and retention reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned
