Job summary

WesleyLife in Johnston, IA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our recruitment efforts. You will develop innovative sourcing pipelines, shape a best-in-class hiring process, and drive results that align with our mission and values.

As a partner to leaders and the People & Culture team, you’ll mentor the TA team, ensure timely hiring, and measure performance with data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, plus 5+ years in recruitment including lead roles and sourcing strategies beyond day-to-day hiring.
• Strategic mindset with knowledge of recruitment compliance.
• Change leadership with proactive problem solving.
• Strong communication, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Organizational agility with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Data-driven approach leveraging metrics, trends, and forecasts.
• Tech-savvy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment strategy and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Lead and inspire the TA team and align with organizational priorities.
• Partner with hiring leaders and People & Culture to ensure timely, aligned recruitment.
• Drive sourcing innovation through events, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Manage key requisitions including leadership roles.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize recruitment outcomes with data.
• Represent WesleyLife as an ambassador of culture and values.
