Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of recruiters across multiple sites (Nashua, NH or Etters, PA). You will partner with senior leaders to design recruiting plans, manage complex searches, and drive a high-quality candidate experience.

You will develop pipelines for technical, engineering, and leadership roles, use metrics to improve speed and quality, and align hiring with business needs in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years progressive talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience for technical/engineering/manufacturing roles.
• 2+ years of people leadership or mentoring within recruiting.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, analytics, and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small team of recruiters; set priorities and development plans.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting for assigned units, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and set realistic search plans and timelines.
• Directly manage senior-level or complex searches as needed.
• Build proactive pipelines for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership roles.
• Use recruiting metrics to monitor performance and communicate trends to leadership.
• Maintain consistent recruiting standards and clear candidate communication.
• Coach on candidate assessment, compensation discussions, and process risks.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on hiring plans and process improvements.
• Develop sourcing strategies and employer-brand messaging to increase speed and quality.
