Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a small recruiting team and oversee full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units. This role partners with senior leaders to set plans, address hiring risks, and deliver timely, high-quality hires.

The position involves building strong manager partnerships, driving data-driven decisions, and improving candidate experience across Nashua, NH or Etters, PA locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership or mentoring within recruiting preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, analytics, and modern sourcing tools required.
• Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed hiring teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of recruiters with clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting for assigned business units, from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and set realistic search plans.
• Manage senior-level or confidential searches as needed.
• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and leadership roles.
• Use metrics to monitor time to fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience; report trends to leadership.
• Maintain consistent recruiting standards and end-to-end processes across teams.
• Coach recruiters on assessment, compensation discussions, and risk escalation.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and business leaders on hiring plans and improvements.
• Develop sourcing strategies and employer branding to increase speed and quality of hires.
• Support recruiting for new locations and special projects as business needs evolve.
