Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our Nashua, NH site. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with managers, and help build strong talent pipelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience, with emphasis on high-volume exempt recruiting, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume exempt recruiting, preferably with a technical focus.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and navigating various ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and implementation of department goals and recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, maintain candidate records, and track recruiting activities.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a heavy requisition load and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines through networking and partnerships with external organizations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
