Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven+ years in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Two+ years of leadership or mentoring within a recruiting organization preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of recruiters; set priorities, workload, and development plans.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting for assigned business units and functions.
• Partner with leaders to understand needs, plan searches, and manage timelines.
• Directly manage senior-level or complex searches as needed.
• Build pipelines for technical, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and leadership roles.
• Use metrics to monitor time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
