Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chicago to own the full recruitment lifecycle across plant operations and corporate roles, partnering with leaders to attract, engage, and hire high-impact talent while strengthening our employer brand.

You’ll support IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Sales, and other functions; the role features a hybrid work model with two onsite days per week in Chicago, contributing to a growth-focused, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or hybrid environments.
• Experience recruiting for operational leadership and plant-based roles across IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Sales, and other business areas.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across plants and corporate departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for plant operations and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with plant leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to develop requisitions and profiles.
• Provide guidance on compensation, interview structure, and candidate assessment.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and support onboarding.
