Job summary

United Way of Dallas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the Pathways to Work initiative by connecting skilled jobseekers with employer partners and advancing living wage placements. You will build talent pipelines, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews while collaborating with the Employer Partnership Manager and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR or related field.
• 2–3 years in talent acquisition or similar role.
• Proficiency with online sourcing platforms and social networks.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants.
• Source applicants via LinkedIn and other networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews and gather employer feedback.
• Collaborate with community partners and UWMD teams.
• Track candidate activity and report outcomes.
