The role focuses on building talent pipelines, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with community and workforce partners to achieve measurable placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role.
• Proficiency with online sourcing platforms, social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Devise sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants.
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and verify basic qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and gather employer feedback to support hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with community-based organizations and workforce partners.
