EIS Holding is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting across our multi-state operations, from field crews to leadership roles. You will partner with operational leaders to anticipate staffing needs, build pipelines with trade schools and partners, and shape how we hire as we grow.

This role requires agility in a fast-paced environment and strong collaboration with site leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting multi-location operations.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
• Experience recruiting field employees, skilled trades, professional, and management positions preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems; Dayforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across EIS's multi-state operations, including high-volume field hiring and leadership roles.
• Partner with General Managers, Regional VPs, and department leaders to understand hiring priorities and position requirements.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for seasonal field positions, skilled trades, and professional roles.
• Build relationships with trade schools, workforce organizations, and community partners to expand outreach.
• Coordinate hiring events, referrals, and recruiting campaigns to support high-volume needs.
• Improve interview practices, candidate communication, and overall hiring efficiency.
• Manage recruiting activities within Dayforce, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.
• Monitor recruiting metrics: time-to-fill, pipelines, offers, costs, and agency usage.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce external recruiting expenses.
• Support M&A integration by assessing staffing needs and pipelines for acquired businesses.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning, internal mobility, and succession planning.
