Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams, travel up to 20% to support recruiting events and college outreach.

Qualifikationen

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (2-3 years) – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail required.
• Must be a team player, an active learner, and must thrive in an innovative and demanding environment.
• Must be able to travel as required (<20%).

Aufgaben

• Source, interview, test and deliver applicants for administrative, management and technical positions.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiations.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on strategy, communication and start dates.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and maintain responsiveness throughout the process.
• Use applicant tracking system to track hiring progress and post jobs internally and externally.
• Participate in college recruiting events and job fairs.
• Lead compensation negotiations in line with Dent Wizard guidelines.
