Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, interview, test and deliver candidates for administrative, management and technical roles across the company. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and build sourcing channels including social media and search firms.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail required.
• Must be able to travel as required (<20%).
• Experience sourcing and interviewing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, test and deliver applicants for administrative, management and technical positions throughout the company.
• Manage the candidate through the entire recruitment process (sourcing/recruiting, communications, interviewing, offer negotiations, etc.).
• Coordinate with hiring managers through the recruitment process (strategy, behavioral interview guidance, start date, etc.).
• Build relationships with hiring managers and exhibit high responsiveness.
• Establish recruiting sources via internet, social media, cold calling and search firms; manage search firms and temporary help services.
• Identify competitive threats (including wage information) and trends and escalate to manager.
• Meet deadlines for filling positions and evaluate the quality of recruits.
• Participate in college recruiting events and job fairs.
• Utilize applicant tracking system to track and manage the hiring process.
• Attend networking events and utilize social networking (LinkedIn).
• Assist with compensation negotiations following Dent Wizard guidelines.
