Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters with sourcing and screening candidates for internship, entry-level, and experienced roles.
• Review resumes and support candidate qualification assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Help maintain ATS records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support career fairs, campus recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Participate in workforce planning and talent pipeline development activities.
• Prepare reports and recruiting metrics for leadership review.
• Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and business partners on talent acquisition projects.
