Actalent is offering a 10-week summer sales internship designed to cultivate the next generation of sales professionals. This hourly paid program emphasizes lead generation, client engagement, and the recruiting lifecycle, with training, mentorship, shadowing, and hands-on experience across teams.

Interns will split time between Sales & Business Development (60%–70%) and Recruiting & Talent Sourcing (30%–40%), with capstone projects and group learning sessions.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a rising senior.
• Interest in sales and business/client development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet activity goals.

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Support account executives with lead research and target lists.
• Learn to craft outreach messages and nurture early-stage client relationships.
• Assist in preparing proposals and client materials.
• Participate in sales meetings and pipeline reviews.
• Shadow sales professionals to understand the full cycle.
• Track activity metrics and report progress weekly.
• Source and screen candidates during recruiting workflows.
