The 15-week Winter 2027 internship runs Jan 25–May 7, 2027, with orientation on Jan 25 and includes professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

The Talent Recruitment Intern supports recruitment and hiring activities across The Henry Ford while gaining practical experience in talent

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college program in HR, business, or related fields.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, recordkeeping, or other administrative systems.
Ability to learn and navigate applicant tracking systems and other HR technology.

Responsibilities

Supports day-to-day recruitment activities for part-time, full-time, seasonal, and other opportunities.
Reviews applications and identifies candidates who meet position requirements.
Coordinates candidate interviews and supports timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintains confidential candidate records and recruitment data.
Maintains candidate talent pools and assists with tracking and reporting.
