Job summary

Dev Technology Group, Inc. is a Washington, DC-area-based federal contractor seeking a rising junior or senior for its Summer Internship Program in Reston, VA.

The intern will support the Talent Team by sourcing candidates, reviewing qualifications, maintaining recruiting data in the ATS, and learning how recruiting aligns with business and government contracting. Based at our Reston headquarters, the intern will gain hands-on experience, observe strategy discussions, and participate in projects

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must commute to Reston, VA HQ at least two days/week; housing not provided.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates for technical and corporate positions.
• Research market talent and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Review resumes and develop pre-screening questions.
• Attend corporate-level meetings to learn business, project, and contracting needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and organize recruiting data.
• Create job descriptions and post openings in the ATS and platforms.
• Communicate with candidates to support a positive experience.
• Explore AI tools to support candidate research and recruiting productivity.
