Job summary

Lactalis American Group in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Procurement Intern to support the Direct Procurement team across category management, vendor relations and strategic sourcing for Co-Manufacturing. This paid internship runs full-time, 20-40 hours per week for one year.

You will assist in budget tools, savings tracking, and project development while gaining hands-on experience in procurement processes within a global dairy leader.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Operations Management or related field.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Preferred procurement internship or related coursework.
• Strong communication, analytical and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Category management and supplier data management support.
• Vendor management including pricing and KPI tracking.
• Project management support and savings tracking.
• Assist in budgeting tools and data on upstream materials.
