Job summary

Barge Design Solutions is seeking a college student for a paid internship in Atlanta, GA, Summer 2027. The role focuses on Talent Acquisition, onboarding coordination, and supporting leadership development initiatives. You’ll work full-time in-person with mentors guiding you through diverse HR projects.

Responsibilities include collaborating across teams, assisting with interviews, onboarding, and daily HR operations while gaining exposure to multiple facets of the company’s talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preference for students not requiring sponsorship.

What We're Looking For

Are you a hard-working and dedicated college student who is looking to gain valuable work experience in your field? Do you want to gain experience while learning from great mentors and leaders? Barge Design Solutions is looking for someone like you to intern with us next summer.

What We're Looking For

Location: Atlanta, GA

Number of positions available: 1

Schedule: Summer 2027

You Will Be Involved In Daily Tasks And Projects With The Opportunity To Be Exposed To Many Different Aspects Of Talent Acquisition. Typical Projects Could Include

• Assisting with Talent Acquisition, coordinating interviews or onboarding processes
• Supporting the deployment of learning and development activities
• Deployment of leadership development tools and management support
• Supporting the HR Director with special projects
• Communication across various levels and locations
• Supporting business professionals in completing daily business operations
• Collaborating with team members on new ideas/innovations

Education & Experience Qualifications

• Using Microsoft Suite programs, LinkedIn, Cornerstone ATS, and ADP
• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from an accredited university
• Major: Human Resources or related field
• Preference will be given to students that do not require sponsorship
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
• You must be at least 18 years of age.

• This is a paid internship working full-time hours (40) per week.
• This is an in-person work opportunity.
