Job summary

Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hard-working college student for a Talent Acquisition Intern role for Summer 2027.

This paid, in-person internship is full-time, 40 hours per week, and provides exposure to multiple facets of HR and talent acquisition. You will learn from mentors and leaders, support interview coordination, onboarding, and development initiatives while contributing to team projects across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in HR or a related field.
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preference will be given to students who do not require sponsorship.
• Experience using Microsoft Suite programs, LinkedIn, Cornerstone ATS, and ADP.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Talent Acquisition activities, including coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
• Supporting the deployment of learning and development activities.
• Supporting leadership development tools and management initiatives.
• Supporting the HR Director with special projects.
• Communicating across various levels and locations.
• Supporting business professionals in daily business operations.
• Collaborating with team members on new ideas and innovations.

Barge Design Solutions is seeking a hard-working and dedicated college student to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern for Summer 2027. This paid, in-person internship is a full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week.
