Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience independently managing multiple requisitions.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruiting judgment.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive searches forward without constant supervision.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Willingness to use AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve productivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition launch through offer and hire.
• Actively source and hunt for high-quality passive candidates.
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, Boolean search, and other sourcing strategies.
• Independently manage multiple searches and keep requisitions moving.
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles, strategy, and decisions.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience as an ambassador for the university.
• Use AI and emerging recruiting technologies to improve sourcing and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS.
• Use data and pipeline activity to identify improvement opportunities.
• Take on high-visibility, strategically important searches.
