Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions independently.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and judgment.
• Comfort using AI-enabled recruiting tools and emerging tech.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition launch through offer and hire.
• Actively source and hunt for high-quality passive candidates.
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, direct outreach, Boolean search, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Independently manage multiple searches and keep requisitions moving.
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles, recruiting strategy, and decisions.
• Serve as an ambassador for Stanbridge University, delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Use critical thinking to identify recruiting challenges and develop solutions.
• Leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to improve sourcing and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS.
• Use data and pipeline activity to identify improvement opportunities.
• Take on high-visibility and strategic searches as needed.
• Demonstrate leadership through initiative, accountability, and sound judgment.
