Job summary

US-Engine-Valv is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles at our Westminster, SC plant. The role partners with hiring managers, colleges, and workforce agencies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates who support organizational goals.

The position also supports HR compliance, onboarding, training records, and employee relations, while maintaining HRIS, metrics, and EEO initiatives to drive workforce diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing.
• 1-2 years' experience in training and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job requirements and strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals.
• Build & maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Maintain applicant tracking system, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate and manage all training records, evaluate progress, and ensure training timeline and documentation.
