Job summary

Chenega Security SBU is offering a Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Internship under the DoD SkillBridge program in Chantilly, VA. Qualifications

• Active-duty service member approved for SkillBridge participation.
• Within 180 days of anticipated separation or retirement.
• Ability to obtain required command approvals for SkillBridge participation.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Business Operations, Workforce Planning, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions within the Security Strategic Business Unit.
• Assist with candidate sourcing, pipeline development, talent market research, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support interview coordination, candidate communications, and hiring process activities.
• Participate in talent acquisition strategy discussions and process improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with maintaining personnel and recruiting records per company policies and regulations.
• Attend meetings, training, and professional development activities as required.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other business deliverables as assigned.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
