Job summary

Significance is seeking a DoD SkillBridge participant for a recruiter role through a structured 26-week internship. This position offers hands-on experience in the full recruiting lifecycle within a federal consulting environment, including sourcing candidates, screening, and coordinating interviews. Ideal for transitioning service members, strong communication skills and a degree in HR or related field are required. Qualifications

• 4+ years of military experience can substitute for degree.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards and professional networks.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Effective interpersonal skills

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field

Tools

Applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms
