Job summary

Fresh Tax Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and HR operations from our Santa Ana office. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of hiring, coordinate interviews, and help maintain employee records while contributing to a positive culture.

The role also involves supporting payroll and benefits administration, with a focus on delivering a smooth candidate and employee experience in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed or similar platforms.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred) is a plus.
• HR experience is a strong plus; administrative support experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
