• Experience building relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience delivering training and interview guidance.
• Knowledge of recruitment technology, analytics, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting, candidate outreach, and pipeline management.
• Assist with job postings, descriptions, and admin tasks.
• Lead onboarding preparation and new hire orientation support.
• Provide insights on pipelines, market conditions, and hiring risks.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and stakeholders.
