Experience: 7+ yrs. (Recruitment or HR with decent exposure in Recruitment)

Role & Responsibilities

• Recruit for and close mandates given by client with support of seniors / independently
• Plan and execute client deliverables
• Deliver on recruitment targets and meet overall quality parameters
• Have an excellent network in the industry and source profiles from non-conventional recruitment channels
