This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage programs and project-based initiatives while identifying opportunities to build a skilled, sustainable workforce. If you’re ready to take on a meaningful challenge, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

As the Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist, you’ll support a wide range of initiatives, including talent acquisition and onboarding, curriculum development and facilitation, succession planning and talent reviews, and manager and employee development.
