Job summary

Two Sigma is seeking experienced Recruiting Coordinators to build a dedicated TA Coordination function, reporting to the TA Program Manager. You’ll own high-touch coordination at the intersection of recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager, bringing judgment, ownership, and care beyond routine tasks.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Modeling & Trading, Engineering, and Corporate teams, with a focus on delivering a superior candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in recruiting coordination in a high-performance tech environment.
• Experience owning candidate-facing coordination in a complex interview environment with exceptional candidate experience under pressure.
• Excellent judgment, ownership, and ability to tailor work to context beyond queue management.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Avature a plus) and data hygiene/record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate communication with candidates and search firms during interview process.
• Schedule and support high-touch interview requests, in-person and virtual, with context for interviewers.
• Collect and prepare interview feedback and materials for committees and team matches.
• Update candidate pipelines and maintain Avature records with attention to detail.
• Identify and support recruitment process improvements with recruiters and HR Ops.
