Thompson Law is seeking a motivated Recruiting Assistant in Dallas, TX. This entry-level role supports recruiters and hiring managers through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth, organized, and positive experience for candidates and the recruiting team.

You will learn HR and Recruiting from the ground up, coordinate interviews, manage candidate records, and assist with sourcing for legal support and attorney roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent administrative experience.
• 1+ years working in positions that involve high-volume phone calls
• Mid to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Articulate with excellent writing skills and a good eye for detail
• Discreet, professional, and well-spoken, with good communication skills
• Exceptionally well organized and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative
• Ability to use judgment and seek guidance with confidential issues
• Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and required candidate documents.
• Keep candidate records, recruiting reports, and ATS information up to date.
• Collect and organize interviewer feedback.
• Source candidates for legal support and attorney positions.
• Partner with recruiters throughout the recruiting process.
• Ensure candidates receive timely communication and status updates.
• Provide candidates with appropriate feedback regarding their application status
