Amphenol Communications Solutions in Etters, PA invites a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This early-career role focuses on supporting full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and professional positions, collaborating with hiring managers and HR, and building candidate pipelines.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and help improve recruiting processes while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related discipline preferred.
• 1–2 years of professional recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings preferred.
• Experience sourcing, screening, or coordinating candidates preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
• Exposure to technical, engineering, manufacturing, or high-volume recruiting is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned entry-level and professional positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Review and update job descriptions with guidance from HR and hiring managers.
• Post open positions and promote opportunities through job boards and social networks.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and outreach.
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and recommend candidates for further consideration.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and teams.
• Build candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Support recruiting events, college outreach, and career fairs.
