Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Support II to join our Miami, FL team onsite at one of our facilities. The role supports recruiting and onboarding activities, serving as the primary contact for candidates and new hires in the region during a temporary term from Oct 1 to Dec 31, 2026.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years recruiting/onboarding experience, 1 year HR experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years recruiting and/or onboarding experience preferred.
• 1 year of HR experience required.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Recruitment event support & hiring coordination: Lead and support recruitment efforts by coordinating hiring events, job fairs, and new hire orientations in partnership with recruiters and operations teams.
• Onboarding execution & compliance processing: Manage onboarding processes including background checks, I-9 compliance, adverse action notifications, and completion of all required documentation.
• HR compliance & recordkeeping: Ensure HR recordkeeping and onboarding practices meet compliance standards, including DOL, OFCCP, and EEOC requirements.
• Staffing partnership & hiring support: Act as a liaison between department heads and recruiters to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring initiatives.
• HR operations & administrative support: Assist with HR tasks such as processing new hires, terminations, badge creation, and special projects including referral and sign-on bonuses.
