Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Support II for our Atlanta, GA facility. The role is onsite with a 10/1/26–12/31/26 term and 12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm shifts.

You will support recruiting and onboarding for assigned locations, act as the candidate touchpoint, and partner with recruiters and operations to achieve talent acquisition priorities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting and/or onboarding experience preferred.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Recruitment event support & hiring coordination: Lead and support recruitment efforts by coordinating events and orientations with recruiters and operations teams.
• Onboarding execution & compliance processing: Manage onboarding processes including background checks, I-9 compliance, adverse action notifications, and documentation.
• HR compliance & recordkeeping: Ensure HR recordkeeping and onboarding practices meet compliance standards including DOL, OFCCP, and EEOC requirements.
• Staffing partnership & hiring support: Act as a liaison between department heads and recruiters to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring initiatives.
• HR operations & administrative support: Assist with HR tasks such as processing new hires, terminations, badge creation, and special projects like sign-on bonuses.
