Qualifications

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficient use of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Customer service, recruiting or transportation/logistics experience is a plus.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, process and track sign-on and referral bonuses for driver and dock positions.
• Prepare weekly driver and dockworker staffing reports.
• Market research for potential new business or challenging locations including rate studies.
• Conduct exit interviews with outgoing employees and track results for senior management.
• Prepare and send out daily start list for new drivers, dock and mechanics.
• Compile monthly turnover reports.
• Provide administrative support to recruitment department leadership.
