Job Summary
Develop, design, and handle the full lifecycle recruitment process and engage in special projects. Answer questions related to talent acquisition processes, policies, and guidelines and address non-standard issues. Analyze and forecast workforce supply and demand. Perform research for workforce strategy recruitment and hiring and help review outcomes to extrapolate insights. Develop improvement plans for the applicant tracking system and overall hiring process. Help develop strategies to recruit for hard-to-fill positions. Work with Compliance on Employment Plan related issues. Consult with leadership to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and County regulations for equal employment opportunities.

Degrees awarded outside of the United States must be credentialed by the World Education Services (WES), Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or a National Association of Credential Evaluation (NACES) member organization.

Physical Requirements
