Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. Applicants beyond fifty (50) miles may still be considered.
Required job duties as essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 10 lbs maximum, bending, talking, and hearing.
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Property and Casualty license required during first 90 days in position if not previously acquired. Life and Health license preferred but not required.
1-3 years sales, marketing or insurance experience required. Experience with Kraft Lake preferred. Experience working with Farmers agents preferred. Understanding of transfers and acquisitions preferred.
Basic PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Company programs. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
