Responsibilities

• Research and resolve all recruiting inquiries from internal teams.
• Review, approve, and post job requisitions in the ATS.
• Provide administrative support to internal talent acquisition teams.
• Identify position vacancies and support management teams to advertise.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting process.

Skills

Positive Customer Service skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Technology savvy

Knowledgeable of background and drug screen administration

1+ years of experience in recruiting or onboarding

Good knowledge of computer networking

Ability to manage multiple customer service requests

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
