Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field; or 5 years HR/recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Teams is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design and post job ads on multiple recruiting platforms.
• Interview and screen applicants regarding knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Inform prospective applicants and new hires about position details, working conditions, benefits, etc.
• Assist with scheduling in-person interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the application process.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings and reference checks.
• Attend college career fairs and support materials and swag development as needed.
• Assist with the employee referral program and other HR activities.
