TTL, Inc. in Tuscaloosa, AL, is seeking a full-time Recruiting Coordinator. The ideal candidate is driven to help people, connects great candidates with opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will design and post job ads, interview and screen applicants, inform candidates about details and benefits, schedule interviews, conduct screenings, and support college career fairs and referrals. Based at our corporate office, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications or related field; or 5 years of HR/recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and professional in interactions with candidates, employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with managers to design and post job ads on multiple recruiting platforms.
• Interview and screen prospective applicants regarding knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Inform prospective applicants and new hires about position details, working conditions, benefits, etc.
• Assist with scheduling in-person interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the application process.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings and reference checks.
• Attend college career fairs and support marketing with booth materials.
• Assist with the employee referral program and other HR activities.
