Job summary

Wolverine Trading is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team in Chicago. You’ll own interview scheduling, candidate communications, and operations across multiple roles, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem-solving, and on-site work Monday–Friday in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in recruiting/coordinator roles or similar operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and scheduling tools.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with follow-through.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Passenger-focused on candidate experience and timely communication.
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for virtual and in-person interviews across multiple roles.
• Coordinate complex, multi-panel interview loops with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Manage interviewer calendars, room bookings, and video conferencing setup.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate profiles.
• Serve as primary candidate point of contact with timely, professional updates.
• Track scheduling conflicts and resolve logistics before they impact candidates.
• Support reporting on hiring progress and candidate experience.
• Help document and improve coordination processes.
