Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a Talent Specialist to support the Corporate Talent and Culture Team through the recruiting process. This part-time, three-month assignment coordinates interviews, screens candidates, and maintains candidate records and communication.

You will work with hiring managers, post requisitions in the ATS, review resumes, and provide feedback to the Senior Recruiter, ensuring a timely, professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Administrative, recruiting, HR, customer service related experience.
• Experience conducting interviews or candidate screens is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews among candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams, including calendars and logistics.
• Conduct initial candidate phone or video screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Document interview feedback and provide recommendations to the Senior Recruiter.
• Manage candidate communication and movement through each stage of the recruiting process.
• Post, update, and close requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Review resumes against job qualifications and advance suitable profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, schedules, feedback, and recruiting documentation.
• Monitor open requisitions and escalate scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Collaborate with Senior Recruiter and teams to ensure a timely candidate experience.
• Follow established recruiting processes and candidate evaluation criteria.
• Support recruiting reporting and administrative activities.
• Support Talent and Culture projects as assigned.
