Job summary

Eataly seeks a Talent Specialist to support the Corporate Talent and Culture Team through the full recruiting cycle, coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and maintaining candidate records. This is a temporary 3-month assignment reporting to the Senior Recruiter.

The role emphasizes clear communication, meticulous scheduling, and a positive candidate experience, with responsibilities spanning requisition administration, resume reviews, and timely feedback to hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Administrative, recruiting, HR experience.
• Experience conducting interviews or candidate screens preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates interviews among candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Conducts initial candidate phone or video interviews to assess qualifications.
• Documents interview feedback and provides recommendations to the Senior Recruiter.
• Manages candidate communication and movement through the recruiting process.
• Posts, updates, and closes requisitions in the ATS.
• Maintains accurate candidate records and interview schedules.
