Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in HR or high-level administrative role.
• Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition preferred.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating recruiting records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Post positions timely with state agencies, colleges, and job boards.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and background checks.
• Prepare offer letters and manage HRIS approvals.
• Coordinate background checks and interview logistics.
• Communicate new hires weekly and with managers.
• Suggest process improvements for HR efficiency.
• Support DOT pre-employment processes and driver history requests.
