Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team with administrative duties, onboarding, records management, and audits. You will back up HR Generalists and help deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years administrative Human Resources experience required.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR department and assist with programs and procedures.
• Answer FAQs from applicants and employees; escalate complex questions to HR team.
• Process separations in all applicable systems.
• Maintain HR intranet site and keep forms current.
• Maintain employee records with accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
• Assist onboarding, leave management, and DOT paperwork.
