• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in HR or senior administrative role.
• Recruiting/talent acquisition experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating recruiting records, assuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Post openings with state agencies, colleges and job boards.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, background checks and reference checks.
• Prepare offer letters and process through HRIS for approvals.
• Coordinate background invites and DOT pre-employment steps.
• Provide HR administrative support and maintain intranet and forms.
