You will perform various administrative duties including onboarding, engagement events, and job postings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or two years in HR, ATS experience (Workday a plus), and strong skills in Excel, Word and

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, or two years’ experience in the HR field.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday is a plus.
• Strong technology skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates by utilizing various platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• Review and screen candidate applications and resumes.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Facilitate ongoing communication as primary point of contact for candidates; provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop job postings for open positions.
• Maintain confidential HR related information.
• Performs other recruiting duties and miscellaneous special projects assigned.
