The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team for our family of brands (New Bath Today, Midwest Bath, Smart Bath, and CareFree Home Pros). The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing talent branding activities, with a focus on driving communication which aligns with attracting a high performing, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple assignments with strong attention to detail.
Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office products.
Must have prior experience utilizing an applicant tracking system.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which encompasses solid grammar skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively through phone, in-person, and electronic communication.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is preferred.

This job generally operates in a clean, well-lit and climate-controlled professional office environment with minimal physical hazards and noise. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc. On occasion, this position may require travel to other company locations, or similar low hazard environments to conduct interviews, job fairs, or other candidate events.
