Job summary

SageHome, the aging‑in‑place specialist, is growing and seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Indianapolis. You will support the Talent Acquisition team across brands, develop talent branding, and drive a diverse, high‑performing pipeline.

Responsibilities include screening candidates, coordinating interviews, generating offers in UKG Ready, and managing onboarding with background checks and I‑9 documentation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma required; HR degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Screen candidates from the ATS, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
  • Generate offers in UKG Ready HRIS, complete I-9 documentation and onboarding information.
  • Handle onboarding steps: background checks, new hire paperwork, hiring process in ATS.
  • Schedule new hire travel and hotel when needed.
  • Oversee candidate engagement from offer acceptance to first day of training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team for our family of brands (New Bath Today, Midwest Bath, Smart Bath, and CareFree Home Pros). The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing talent branding activities, with a focus on driving communication which aligns with attracting a high performing, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline.

  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with screening candidates from the Applicant Tracking System, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
  • Generate offers letters in our HRIS system (UKG Ready), I9 documentation and other relevant onboarding information.
  • You’ll manage multiple steps in the onboarding process including, but not limited to, submitting background checks, sending new hire documentation, and completing the hiring process via the company’s ATS.
  • Schedule new hire hotel and travel when needed.
  • You will be responsible for candidate engagement from the time an offer is accepted until the new hire's first day of training.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.

Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple assignments with strong attention to detail.

Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office products.

Must have prior experience utilizing an applicant tracking system.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which encompasses solid grammar skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively through phone, in-person, and electronic communication.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is preferred.
