Qualifications

• 1–2 years of consistent work experience in customer service, event coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
• A love for organization, planning, and keeping track of the little details.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracks.
• A strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop new skills
• A proactive, dependable attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new technology. Experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and manage information is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate career fairs, campus visits, and recruiting events from registration through execution.
• Build connections by partnering with universities, students, recruiters, and hiring teams to help grow our early talent pipeline.
• Manage schedules, event logistics, materials, registrations, and communications to keep everything on track.
• Create great experiences for all stakeholders by helping coordinate interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting a smooth recruiting process.
• Support candidate prescreens, recruiting projects, reporting, and other team initiatives as needed.
