We're seeking a passionate professional with at least 5 years of experience in targeted and deep sourcing, relationship building, hiring top technical and professional talent, while also being a strategic talent acquisition business partner to organizations. This essential role reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and partners closely with a set of our 12 firms to provide dedicated strategy support and recruitment.
In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to learn about their unique needs, uncover the local competitive landscape, and contribute to innovative recruitment strategies that help our firms hire the best of the best! You'll employ cutting-edge sourcing techniques to connect with passive candidates, conduct engaging screenings, and oversee a smooth hiring process that delights both candidates and stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employ advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and niche job boards.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate offers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure competitive hiring practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
- Create clear and compelling job postings to attract suitable candidates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' proven experience in recruiting for architecture, engineering, technical, or other highly skilled professional roles.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Creative and deep sourcing experience.
- Experience providing strategic support and discovering competitive landscapes with a track record of success.
- Ability to work from a professional home office environment.

- Experience supporting multi-state and remote teams.
- Willingness to occasionally visit nearby offices.
- Understanding of architecture and engineering principles and practices.
- Familiarity with industry trends, challenges, and key players.
