We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This position will support recruitment for functions such as finance, engineering, general and administrative (G&A), and supply chain, as well as some commercial roles. You will need strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business plans and goals into a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy—leveraging internal and external talent—to drive results. A key component is extensive experience in direct sourcing of talent, using proactive strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates. The role also requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will work remotely and collaborate closely with stakeholders across various functions, focusing on commercial, financial, and supply chain roles in the Americas region.

Responsibilities :
  1. Strategic Leadership in Full Cycle Recruitment : Develop and drive initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance the talent landscape in the commercial sector.
  2. Advanced Sourcing Strategy : Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in commercial, finance, supply chain, and G&A functions.
  3. Candidate Assessment : Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess skills to match candidates with relevant roles.
  4. Communication / Collaboration : Effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers; understand team dynamics and needs.
  5. Strategic Talent Pipelining : Develop talent pools for critical roles, anticipating market shifts and future needs.
  6. Employer Branding Innovation : Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  7. Data-Driven Approach : Use recruitment data to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and influence strategies.
  8. High-Level Stakeholder Management : Advise senior management on talent supply, workforce trends, and salary benchmarking; conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers.
  9. New Hire Transition : Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and improve employee retention and engagement.
Basic Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition or HR within a global organization.
  • Significant experience recruiting senior talent in complex, global organizations, especially in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Proven leadership and strategic thinking in recruitment initiatives.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and building relationships with local talent sources.
  • Expertise in recruitment analytics and market insights.
  • Ability to align recruitment strategies with corporate vision and earn trust of senior leaders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills relevant to the regions of recruiting talent.

  • Experience with standard business processes and Fortive Business System (FBS).
  • Business acumen, with ability to understand business goals and challenges.

Additional Details

This position is eligible for bonus and equity as part of total compensation. The salary range is 89,200.00 - 165,600.00 (local currency).
